As builders we are constantly frustrated in dealing with suppliers to our project that are consistently un-cooperative and challenging to deal with however the experience in using Distinctive has been nothing but pleasurable from the early quote stage right through to satisfactory completion.

Robes were delivered and installed on time and the quality was second to none and despite some challenging site access issues, we did not have to endure any complaints whatsoever from Distinctive through the entire process. Even when our bathroom mirror contractor let us down, distinctive were happy to also take this on and this also proved to be a pleasurable experience.

Distinctive have recently completed the supply and install of the wardrobes, shower screens, mirrors
and other ancillary joinery to our Ruby Apartments project in Gungahlin in the ACT.

The Ruby project is a 179 apartment complex split over two towers up to 17 floors.

Throughout the project, from procurement to completion, Rachel and her team from administration to site, have been professional, and have delivered on time and as specified.

Distinctive produce a very good product, and the installation execution has been very hard to fault.
